There&#039;s a reason services like Yahoo! and Twitter have those long, long terms of service with all that fine print.  It&#039;s because they have highly paid legal counsel to tell them how to avoid ridiculous claims like this one.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
