People were taking my best business ideas and putting them in play without me. I know! I couldn't believe it either. But take a look around: The fast lane on a highway -- yip that was mine, monster tacos, the easy button, flipping the bird, and no it wasn't Al Gores idea -- the Internet was mine too. Think about your talents, skills, interests, PASSION, before you jump into owning a business. You're going to invest a lot of time into your business so it should be something you enjoy. There's no point in setting up in a market which is already saturated. If you've ever wanted something, but haven't been able to find it, and had a "Why doesn't anyone..?" kind of moment, these ideas will often make good businesses, because you're usually not the only one. Also, make good use of your talents. What do you do well that other people don't?
