Yes, you can do it if you're able to keep close track of your finances.
If you plan to start a business, you'll need capital. This means you will need a considerable sum of money to start out. Otherwise, when you're not making any sales, you can fall back on the money and still pay your bills.

If you can guarantee sales every month, then you can pay your bills every month. Bandwidth and server resources would not be a problem if you have constant positive income.
