You need to look at affiliate marketing. There are no monthly fees or set up costs etc to get going.
Look into Clickbank, Commission Junction, Pay Dot , CPA’s and there are tons more theres are just the top ones. You can do an Alexa search and find others. Be careful I mentioned these because you WILL GET paid. There are a lot of scammers out there that will have you do the work for them but won’t pay.
This is the best starting point to make money especially if you can’t afford to put any out at this time.
You can use sites like Weebly.com,000Space.com if you need to do splasp pages. However, in most cases you can just use a redirect link and you will be fine.

As far as the legal structure you can most likely setup an LLC on your own through your state. A lot states now offer the ability to set an LLC up online. Then you can take your info and open a business checking account.
Other normal start up costs such as inventory, marketing, etc. you cannot obviously escape, but if your serious about starting your own business then you already know this. Good luck to you.
